Fred Oldfield and the Board of Directors wish you and yours a very Blessed Holiday Season, and only the best for the coming New Year!

Due to our relocation into better and more permanent surroundings we have been unable to accomodate a Christmas Holiday program this year.

January will bring in the New Year though and with it, the full speed ahead relocation of the Fred Oldfield Western Heritage Center. Our new location will still be at the Red Gate on the Fairgrounds but in a new building. As you walk through the gate you will turn to your immediate left and we are located just inside the entrance. We will now be open 12 months a year and will be open during both the Spring & Fall Fair.

The new displays are being built and artifacts will be placed by the 3rd week in January. We will be putting out a Wanted list of artifacts that are still needed to complete our displays. The paintings will also be hung in Jan. The classroom is ready now and all the art supplies will be soon moved into the building.

A full array of classes will be offered beginning Feb. 1st. Please watch the web site for further information on the different classes. If you would like to be put on our mailing list please email your name and address along with your children's names and ages.

We hope you come down to the Center and enjoy all the excitement that is in the air.

The FOWHC presents Toppenish Mural in a Day on June 5th.

You know how you've always said, "I'd go over to Toppenish and see all those wonderful murals if only I didn't have to drive." Well, here's your chance...

The fun begins at 8am at the Center. We will board our tour bus (wagon train) and head out for the Toppenish trail!

Your trip will include your ride to and from - we won't leave you out on the trail - we promise!
