2008 Class Schedule

Fall Session - Adults

Josie Tchoukaline (just back from Paris!)
Florals in Oil ages 18-118

Class from August 15 to 17 - 9:30AM to 4:30PM - Fee $150 - Register by August 1st!

Josie was raised in France and has studied extensively throughout Europe. She has had many One Woman shows in Paris as well as other European locations. Having shows in Europe is one thing but, teaching in Europe is another and that is what Josie has done! She just finished yet another series of classes in Paris. She has a magnificent command of color and the oils she uses. She creates realistic florals and landscapes using many unusual techniques that she will share with you. Josie is also a perpetual student and studies all the while she is working in Europe. Come, join Josie's class, and enjoy her talent as you create your own painting! You will be painting a 16 x 20 oil.

Joann Morgan & Joy Wilson - Combo Class
Oil Portraits or Watercolor Paintings ages 18-118

Class from September 26 to 28 - 9:30AM to 4:30PM - Fee $225 - Register by Sept. 10th!

You lucky people! Joy and Joann are back teaching at the Center. They don't know how long their creaking bodies will hold out, but for now it is a go! New book- it comes with the class. Remember, this is the perfect class to do a portrait for Christmas, and it can be an heirloom to treasure. Most of you have taken their classes before. For any that are first time students, let us assure you that even though you may have little or no painting experience, you can turn out a beautiful portrait in just three days. Your other choice of painting will be watercolor. What fun two choices and two paintings! All watercolor supplies furnished -- Dream canvas available for portraits.
