Friday Night Entertainment Showcase Rules

This division will be limited to 10 contestants (or groups). Random selection of contestants will take place on October 15,2009, if there are enough contestants entered. Otherwise, it will be as soon as possible there after.
Contest Officials will randomly select contestant order of appearance. Contest order will be posted approximately 1 hour before that division begins and the contestants must be ready to perform when called.
Performance is limited to 5 minutes. Time starts when the performers stop on stage and ends when they step off the stage. This includes setting up props as well as playing time. Contestants may be requested back to the stage for a second round or encore as time allows.
In the interest of keeping the contest moving and the audience interested, microphones may not be rearranged.
The number of people on stage is limited to 6 people per entry. Please have everyone ready to go on stage when contestant is announced. No sheet music.
There will be "Celebrity Judges" for this event. They will be seated in the audience and will be influenced by audience response.
No contestants may be under the influence of alcohol on stage.
